Roller and vertical fabrics
Dust with a soft brush attachment on low suction. Treat marks with a clean, lightly damp cloth and mild detergent, testing an inconspicuous area first. Do not saturate or machine wash fitted fabric.

Roman and fabric blinds
Vacuum gently with an upholstery attachment. Follow the fabric care label for specialist cleaning. Do not remove rods, cords or linings unless the product instructions explicitly allow it.

Venetian and faux-wood slats
Close the slats and wipe from the centre towards the edge with a microfibre cloth, then reverse them and repeat. Use only a barely damp cloth on faux wood and keep real wood dry.

Mechanisms and child-safe controls
Operate controls smoothly without pulling at an angle. Keep safety devices fixed in their installed position and contact us if a chain, cord, bracket or motor begins to resist or behave differently.
